What we collect

When you book a call or ask for a review, we receive your name, work email and the answers you choose, such as the service you need, your timeline and a link to your homepage, ads or show. If you email us, we receive your address and message.

Why we collect it

To reply to you, set up a call and prepare a plan and price. We don't add you to a newsletter, and we don't sell or share your details with anyone for marketing.

Where it is stored

Form messages are processed by our website host, Netlify, and delivered to our email inbox. If you book through our calendar, Google Calendar stores the booking. Each provider keeps the data on secure servers.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. YouTube videos load only after you press play, using YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode. The Google booking calendar loads only on the booking page, and Google may set its own cookies there.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for up to two years so we can follow up on past conversations, then delete them. If you become a client, we keep project records for as long as the law requires.

Your rights

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you at any time. Email hello@drumstickmedia.co and we will act on it within 30 days.
